What we collect

When you use MeetScribe, we collect your email address (via Google sign-in), and the meeting notes you submit for processing. We do not store your meeting notes after processing — they are sent to our AI provider and immediately discarded.

How we use your data

Your email is used to identify your account and manage your subscription. Meeting notes are processed by Google Gemini AI solely to generate your output and are not used for any other purpose.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk for authentication
• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for usage tracking
• Google Gemini for AI processing

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Contact us at support@meetscribe.dev.
